• Hayley Taylor •
Hayley set up the business in 2003. She may be the boss (or so we tell her) but she has unloaded pallets, packed stock, carried out deliveries and made many a mug of tea to get the business where it is today. Anyone who thought the business would grow on sales alone never worked here!
Hayley is now much more client facing thanks to the team behind her though she will still roll up her sleeves when an order depends on it.
• Mark Betteridge •
Mark will often be the first point of contact as he looks after all new enquiries that we receive each and every week. He will establish the needs/budget and timescale required and will work with all our new enquiries until they become our long term clients.
• Wendy Norman •
Wendy supports the sales office by maintaining all the general admin required to process each and every order. From the quotes, samples and brochures needed before the order is placed to the paperwork required during production and onto its final destination to our clients, Wendy ensures that everything runs smoothly.
• Jessy Zhang •
Jessy (we use her English name!) is based in Guangzhou in China and works with us to source products from factories in China to produce bespoke promotional items for projects that require something a little out of the ordinary.
• Behind the sales team •
we have a team that we couldn’t be without. We have designers for setting artwork, the invaluable IT guys who keep everything working including maintaining this site! Delivery drivers and packers and of course our accounting team to make sure we have the money to do all of this!
